With more than 20 years of sales leadership experience, Dean enables clients to grow sales revenue, improve profitability and implement comprehensive sales strategies. As a leader, communicator and collaborator, Dean is a proven executive skilled in building and leading organizations to achieve results. Dean’s pioneering spirit builds and equips organizations to deliver high performance.

Before co-founding 360 Consulting, Dean spent two decades building, rebuilding and leading sales organizations in the high-technology industry. He’s worked with such companies as Hewlett Packard, Polycom, Cisco, Amdahl, and IBM, always with the focus on unlocking potential and delivering results.

As an entrepreneur, Dean has invested time and capital in start-ups, and early-stage companies focused on growth in industries such as software, IT services, analytics, healthcare, energy, technology, manufacturing, and real estate.

Dean is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.



Chris Goade has an esteemed history of building world-class sales organizations. With over 25 years of real-world experience, Chris developed the ability to establish world-class sales organizations that deliver revenue and profit growth for small and large companies.

Prior to co-founding 360 Consulting, Chris held roles at companies in the beverage, bottled water, coffee, and technology industries. Chris’ blend of large corporate experience with companies like Dr. Pepper/7-Up, 3M and Cott Beverages combined with his time in startups and SMBs have given him a unique skill set for setting strategies and tactics with laser execution.

Chris possesses keen insight and expertise in sales, business development, sales management, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, product development, distribution, training, P&L management, budgeting, and team building. Chris is a leader, innovator and change agent who utilizes his razor-sharp skills to help your company achieve record-breaking sales results.


Principal – Sharper Sales Solutions, LLC

With many years of experience in services sales and sales leadership, Dave specializes in helping small- and medium-size businesses take the next step. By aligning sales strategies, processes and executions, Dave accomplishes his goal of driving clients’ revenues up and putting their infrastructure in place for continued sales success. CEOs and business owners can then get back to running their businesses knowing that they have a successful, robust and sustainable sales engine under them. He can help your company’s leadership improve sales focus and results.

Prior to joining 360 Consulting, Dave’s personal background and competencies that he leverages include being an accomplished services sales professional and leader with an emphasis on Consulting, Managed Services, IT Services, IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). He’s also a change agent recognized for consistently exceeding sales targets and growing top-line revenue while closing quality transactions that outperform gross margin expectations. Finally, he’s an outstanding team builder with an eye for talent, able to mentor, coach and lead to produce a high-performing sales engine.

Dave graduated from the University of Louisville School of Business with a BS in Marketing and from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business with an MBA in marketing.


President & Owner – Fractal Sales Solutions

Karl provides customized sales analysis and management solutions for entrepreneurial, small and midsize companies. For more than 20 years, he has transformed companies by leveraging his process and skill set with each company’s strengths.

Having been a president and P&L owner, Karl understands the challenges companies face and the rewards of creating wealth. Karl tripled a DFW-based services company while maintaining above-average EBITDA, successfully selling the business to a mid-tier Private Equity firm.

He has also held diverse sales leadership positions. He successfully delivered complex solutions with revenue from $2 million to $1.7 billion. He has led teams of up to 70 people, focusing on local and global markets and he has been a part of M&A activity and pre-deal analysis of sales team potential.

Karl has been a business owner and understands what it takes to deliver customer service and revenue growth. He looks forward to working with like-minded businesses to help them achieve their goals.


Business Development

Lori’s extensive background in sales and consulting throughout various industries has given her a unique perspective and edge to helping business leaders who are experiencing stagnation. Lori uses her skills to help business owners connect with the right sales leader and achieve breakthrough sales growth, discipline, and accountability for long-term business success.

Before coming on as the New Business Development Manager at 360 Consulting, Lori worked in manufacturing, finance, and sales. She’s meticulous and skillful in her strategy planning to drive business.

Lori’s background gives her an upper hand on identifying client’s needs and proposing the best solution. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish.
